By accessing and using the Rise Talent Accelerator platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and Rise Talent Accelerator.
By accessing, browsing, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Your use of the platform signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.
Your continued use of the platform signifies your consent to these terms. You agree that clicking on buttons or links indicating agreement to these terms or otherwise using the platform constitutes your electronic signature, acceptance, and agreement to these terms.

All content on the platform is owned by Rise Talent Accelerator or its licensors. All text, graphics, logos, images, and software on the platform are the property of Rise Talent Accelerator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without explicit permission.
Content created by users remains their property. By posting content on the platform, you grant Rise Talent Accelerator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the platform’s operation. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Rise Talent Accelerator harmless from any claims arising from your content.
Certain services may require payment. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring your payment method is valid and current.
In case of payment disputes, please get in touch with our support team for resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve payment issues promptly.
We reserve the right to modify the fees for our services at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated in advance and will not apply retroactively.
Rise Talent Accelerator reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of user conduct rules, fraudulent activities, repeated infringement of intellectual property rights, or failure to comply with payment obligations.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you will lose access to any data or content associated with your account.
We will provide notice of termination or suspension of your account, along with the reasons for such actions. In cases of severe violations, we may terminate your account immediately without notice.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Rise Talent Accelerator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Rise Talent Accelerator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
These terms are governed by Kenyan laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, or the platform will be governed by the laws of Kenya without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi. The arbitration process will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator’s decision will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If arbitration is not possible, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kenya. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya for the resolution of any disputes.
