An African workforce systems company.

RTG designs, builds and runs the systems that employment runs on. Each system gives employers one predictable process, workers a verified employment record, and government continuous labour-market data: workforce demand, skills gaps and vacancies, aligned to ILO standards.

Built from one working system, not a plan.

RTG was founded in 2022 and is based in Nairobi. The company began with employer work in Liberia: workforce development, employment records and the administration that surrounds hiring.

That work produced LiberiaWorks, Liberia's national employment and workforce platform, built and operated with the Ministry of Labour and now live across all 15 counties. The same core system is being configured for sectors in Uganda and Kenya.
