Employer compliance support.
Keep your workforce records complete, current and aligned with the Decent Work Act.
Workforce records drift. Contracts expire, files go missing, reporting falls behind, and the gap only becomes visible when something has to be submitted or reviewed.
We review what you hold, show you the gaps, put the records in order, and keep them that way, so what you submit is complete and consistent.

Questions
Common questions.
- What does the review cover?
- Your employment contracts, personnel files, workforce roster, registration records and reporting history.
- Does RTG make regulatory decisions?
- No. We prepare and maintain accurate records and submissions. Decisions rest with the relevant authority.
- We have years of untidy files. Is that a problem?
- No. Most engagements start with a clean-up before ongoing maintenance.
- Can RTG keep the records current afterwards?
- Yes. Ongoing reporting and expiry tracking is the usual next step after the first clean-up.
